How do I buy a ticket for a child who is about to turn 14?
If you need to book a ticket for a child who will turn 14 by the time of the flight, you can do this in the following ways:
- Book the ticket on our website;
- Contact the call centre, our sales offices or agencies in your city;
- If the child has a valid international passport, the ticket can be booked using that document in any convenient way, including on our website.
Please note
A birth certificate remains valid for 90 days from the child's 14th birthday, provided the document has not yet been submitted for a passport.
If the passenger already has a Russian citizen's passport by the time of the flight, the birth certificate will cease to be a valid identity document. The details on the ticket will need to be updated. This is a chargeable service.
