I ran out of segments before my subscription ended. What should I do?

If you have used all your flight segments, you can cancel your subscription. It's easy to do: simply click the "Refresh" button in your personal account and follow the instructions that appear. After canceling your subscription, you can easily purchase it again and continue your exciting journeys.

Please note that unused services Additional baggage will not be transferred to a new subscription.
