How to issue a ticket for a child separately from an adult passenger?
You can issue a ticket for a child aged from 2 to 12 years separately from an adult passenger, or an infant aged 0 to 2 years with a seat separately from an adult passenger:
- via our call center;
- at sales offices or authorized agencies in the city.
Be careful if a child travels without an adult passenger, you can only purchase a ticket in conjunction with the "Unaccompanied Minors" service through our website, our call center, sales offices or agencies.
