If you need to send your child alone on a trip within Russia, we offer the "Unaccompanied Minors" service. Our staff will accompany the child at every stage of the flight, from the check‑in desk to the exit from the arrivals area. With us, your young travellers are in safe hands.

Important: the service is temporarily suspended for flights to/from Krasnodar, Gelendzhik and Sochi.

The service is booked at the same time as the ticket purchase (as a single order):

• call centre;
• our sales offices;
• agencies in your city;
• via the link (you need to fill in the form).

🧒 Age restrictions

• From 5 to 12 years — the service is mandatory for travel without adults.
• From 12 to 16 years — accompaniment may be arranged at the parents' request.
• Children under 5 years cannot travel without an adult.

— How much does this service cost?
The price starts from 7,000 RUB. Please check when booking.

— Can I book the service after purchasing the ticket?
No, the service can only be booked at the same time as the ticket purchase. It cannot be added later.

— What documents are required from the person meeting the child?
When booking, you must provide the full name, passport details and phone number of the person meeting the child. At the airport, the meeting person must present an identification document.

— What if the flight is delayed?
Our staff will always be in touch with the parents. The child will remain under our supervision throughout the flight, including any delays.
