Does the baby have luggage?

Yes, special baggage allowances apply for children under 2 years old. The conditions depend on whether a separate seat has been purchased for the child.

👶 Child under 2 without a separate seat (free ticket)

If you are travelling with an infant on your lap (without a separate seat), you are entitled to:

  • 1 piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 10 kg.
  • Baggage dimensions — no more than 115 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height).

Please note: this fare does not include hand luggage for the child. However, you may bring items needed during the flight (formula, water, nappies, wet wipes) into the cabin — these are not counted as hand luggage.

🧸 What can be checked in as infant baggage?

You may check in the following items as infant baggage:

  • baby clothes and footwear;
  • nappies, swaddles;
  • baby food (jars, formula);
  • toys;
  • other items needed for the baby during the trip.

Pushchairs and car seats are carried free of charge in addition to the baggage allowance.

💺 Child under 2 with a separate seat (paid ticket)

If you have purchased a separate seat for your child (paid ticket), the baggage allowance is determined by your fare. Usually this includes:

  • 1 piece of hand luggage up to 115 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height), weighing up to 10 kg. This allowance also applies to passengers under 12 years of age.
  • no baggage allowance or 1 piece of checked baggage, depending on the fare.

For detailed allowances, please check the conditions of your fare.
