I'm flying with a child under 2. Do I need to buy a separate ticket?

Yes, a ticket for an infant must be issued. However, there are two options:

👶 Without a separate seat (free of charge)

If your child will sit on your lap (without a separate seat), the ticket is provided free of charge for domestic flights. When booking, select the “Infants without a seat” fare — the discount will be applied automatically.

  • Important: only one infant without a seat is allowed per adult.
  • If you are travelling with two children under 2 years old, one of them will need to have a separate seat (paid ticket).

💺 With a separate seat (paid)

If you want the infant to have their own seat, you may purchase a separate ticket for them. Payment is made according to the selected fare, and a discount applies.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

— How do I book a ticket for an infant if I already have a ticket for the adult?
You can book the infant ticket via any written communication channel with the airline, the call centre, or by visiting a sales office. We will add the infant without a seat to your booking. It is best to do this no later than 24 hours before departure.

— Can I travel with two children under 2 on free tickets?
No, only one free ticket for an infant is issued per adult. The second child will require a separate seat with payment according to the fare.

— What if my child turns 2 during the trip?
Age is determined as of the date of departure of the first flight. If the child is still under 2 on the date of departure, they are considered an infant for the entire itinerary.
