What are the hand luggage allowances for the ticket?
All our fare types have the same hand luggage rules: 1 piece not exceeding 40x30x20 cm and weighing up to 10 kg per passenger, except for infants without a seat (free ticket).
Additional bags and items are considered separate pieces and their carriage must be paid for, unless they are included in the list of items that can be taken for free: for example, a handbag, a child's toy, or medicine. Check out the full list of such items.
📏 How is hand luggage checked?
At the airport, near the check-in counters and at the boarding gate, there are calibrators — measuring frames.
If your hand luggage fits inside and the lid closes — everything is fine, you can proceed. If it doesn't fit or the lid won't close — the item does not meet the regulations.
Check the dimensions in advance for compliance with the rules and recommendations — this will make your flight comfortable and free from unexpected situations.
