My flight was cancelled. Transplant doesn't work
If your flight is cancelled, you can:
- Change a ticket without additional fees for another convenient date (in accordance with the terms of the fare) through the call center or fill out the feedback form.
- You can issue an involuntary ticket refund at the place of purchase. If the ticket is issued on our website, through a call center or through our own sales offices — leave a request on our website.
The application processing period is up to 10 days. But it can be changed depending on the situation.
If the ticket is issued through a third-party website or agency, contact the place of purchase.
