My flight is delayed. What should I do?
In brief: if your flight is delayed, the main thing is to stay connected and keep track of updates. All the information you need will be sent through official channels, and airline representatives at the airport will be ready to help you.
📢 Follow the notifications
- Check the departure board regularly – it shows the updated departure time and flight status.
- Listen carefully to audio announcements over the public address system – all changes are announced there first.
- Keep an eye on notifications from the airline – they are sent to the phone number provided at the time of booking.
📞 Where to get more information
If you have any questions or cannot find your flight on the board, you can:
- contact a Smartavia representative;
- go to the airport information desk;
- call the call centre using the number provided in the SMS notification — you will only be charged according to your operator's rates;
- send us a message via any official written communication channel – we will be happy to answer all your questions and guide you through the next steps.
