If your flight has been moved to an inconvenient time or date, you can:

  1. Exchange your ticket for free for a different date (in accordance with the fare conditions) through our call-center or .
  2. Ask for involuntary return. Please fill out the Involuntary return form if you bought your ticket through our website or call-center.
