In brief: if you have two flights in your booking with a gap of more than 24 hours and you missed the first flight, you need to let us know that you wish to keep the return flight within 2 hours of the first flight's departure. If you do not, the return flight will be automatically cancelled.

📌 Conditions

• The booking must contain two flights (e.g., outbound and return) with a gap of more than 24 hours.
• Both segments must be operated by Smartavia.
• You missed the outbound flight.

⏰ Deadlines

You must inform us of your intention to keep the return flight within 2 hours of the first flight's departure. If more than 2 hours pass after the departure of the flight you missed, it will no longer be possible to keep the return flight.

The quickest ways to do this are:

• via the Smarti chatbot;
• by contacting the call centre.

⚠️ Important restrictions

• Voluntary exchange or voluntary refund of the retained flight is not possible.
• Both segments must be operated by Smartavia.
• If you inform us about keeping the return flight later than 2 hours after the first flight's departure, the return flight will be cancelled.
