Are there separate seat belts on board for children under 2 years old?
No, child safety belts are not considered safe for infants due to the potential for injury, so they are not provided on flights.
The requirement to secure a lap belt does not apply to children under two years of age who are on the lap of an adult passenger. You must secure only yourself with the belt and hold the infant firmly in your arms while the "Fasten your seat belt" sign is on.
For passengers with infants, we provide on-board instruction to ensure maximum safety during the flight.
