I have a transfer to another flight. What should I do?
If the next flight is also with Smartavia, we will do everything possible to get you to your destination on our flight. We pay special attention to our transfer passengers and probably already have flight options for you. Contact a representative — they will help you with the selection of a new flight.
If the next flight is operated by another airline, there are 2 options:
- If a single ticket is issued for both flights, contact a representative of our airline.
- If two separate tickets are issued — one for our flight, one for the flight of another airline — you need to contact the representative of the airline that operates the next flight. They will select flight options for you. You may need to issue a new ticket.
