🎫 If both flights are booked under one ticket

Contact a Smartavia representative at the airport as soon as possible. The agent will check your booking and advise on the available options for continuing your journey.

If the next flight is operated by another airline, the Smartavia representative will assist with further actions within the scope of the single carriage agreement.

🎫 If the flights are booked under separate tickets

In this case, each ticket constitutes a separate carriage.

• If the next flight is operated by Smartavia — contact a Smartavia representative. The agent will check what options are available for your subsequent ticket.
• If the next flight is operated by another airline — contact the carrier operating the next flight. Whether you can exchange the ticket or book a new flight will depend on that carrier's rules and your fare conditions.
