We will answer your most important questions ❤️
Why are there no additional services mentioned in my boarding pass?
In brief: this is normal. The boarding pass only displays basic information about your flight and fare. Paid services are recorded in other documents — depending on when and how you purchased them.
📄 If you bought your ticket and services together on our website
The services are shown in the itinerary receipt that was sent to your email after payment.
You can also view and download the itinerary receipt (before the departure of your flight):
- in your personal account;
- in the "My Bookings" section.
🧾 If you paid for services separately or through an agency
A separate Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) confirming the service is sent to your email.
❓ If you cannot find the documents
If you cannot find the documents in your email or cannot access your booking on the website, contact us — we will help you sort it out.
❓ Frequently asked questions
— I paid for a service, but it is not on my boarding pass. Does that mean the service was not booked?
No, the service is booked. The boarding pass is not designed to show additional services. You can check the service on your itinerary receipt or EMD.
— Will airport staff see that I have paid for the service even if it is not on my boarding pass?
Yes. All information about paid services is stored in the airline's booking system and is available to staff during check‑in.
