We will answer your most important questions ❤️
Do I need to print out my boarding pass after online check-in?
In brief: printing your boarding pass is not mandatory, but we recommend doing so. Some airports accept an electronic boarding pass with a QR code, however we cannot guarantee that self‑service printing kiosks will be operational at the airport.
🖨️ Option 1. Print it yourself
If you have checked in online on our website, you can print a paper version of your boarding pass. To do this, send it to your email and print it.
Recommendation: we advise you to print your boarding pass in advance, as we cannot control the availability of self‑service printing kiosks at airports.
📱 Option 2. Use an electronic boarding pass
Some airports accept a QR code boarding pass. More details.
You may also save your boarding pass as a PDF file on your device. Important: save the actual file, not a screenshot.
🪑 Option 3. Check in at the airport
If you could not check in online or print your boarding pass, or if you need to drop off baggage, you can check in at the airport. Check‑in opens 2–3 hours before departure and closes 40 minutes before departure. Please proceed to the Smartavia check‑in desks.
- Printing your boarding pass is not required, but we recommend it for reliability.
- An electronic boarding pass with a QR code is not accepted at all airports — check in advance.
- If you are checking baggage, airport check‑in will still be required (even if you checked in online).
