I lost my boarding pass. What should I do?
If the flight has not yet departed, use the saved electronic boarding pass or get a new boarding pass at the airport if check‑in is still open. If you need the document after the flight for reporting purposes, order a flight confirmation certificate.

📱 Option 1. Use the electronic boarding pass
If you completed online check‑in and saved your boarding pass as a PDF or QR code on your phone, present it at boarding. Many airports accept electronic boarding passes.
🖨️ Option 2. Get a new boarding pass at the airport
Go to the Smartavia check‑in desk at the airport. The staff will print a new boarding pass for you free of charge, provided check‑in for the flight has not yet closed.
Important: airport check‑in opens 2–3 hours before departure and closes 40 minutes before departure.
📄 Needed for reporting (flight confirmation)
If you need an official flight document (e.g., for accounting or reporting), you can order a flight confirmation certificate.
- The service is chargeable — 1200 RUB.
- Please note: the original stamped boarding pass cannot be reissued. The flight confirmation certificate is an alternative document that will replace it for reporting purposes.
