Why are there no additional services mentioned in my boarding pass?
Your boarding pass only contains basic information about your flight and fare.
If you purchased your ticket and the services on our website at the same time, the services are displayed in the itinerary receipt that was sent to your email after payment. The itinerary receipt can be viewed and downloaded from your personal account, as well as from My reservations.
If you paid for additional services after purchasing your ticket or through a third-party agency, a separate electronic multipurpose document (EMD) confirming the service will be sent to your email.
If you cannot find the documents in your e-mail or cannot access your booking on our website, contact us for assistance.
