The boarding pass didn't arrive. What to do?

If you checked in online for a flight on the site, re-enter the service Check-In, enter passenger details, go to boarding pass, select Submit or Print.

If you have not checked in online contact the check-in desk at the airport of departure to issue a boarding pass, but no later than the end of check-in for the flight. Check-in at the airport closes strictly 40 minutes before the flight departure.
