The boarding pass didn't arrive. What to do?

If you completed online check-in for your flight on the website, here’s a step-by-step guide:

log in again to the Online Check-in service → enter passenger details → proceed to the boarding pass → select "Send" or "Print". This can only be done until flight check-in closes; after that, the boarding pass will no longer be available.

At some airports, you can present an electronic boarding pass (with a QR code). However, we recommend having a printed paper version of the boarding pass.

If you did not complete online check-in, go to the check-in counter at the departure airport to obtain your boarding pass, but no later than the flight check-in closing time. Airport check-in closes strictly 40 minutes before the flight departure.
