Do I need to print out my boarding pass after online check-in?
If you checked in online on our website, you can print out the paper version of your boarding pass. To do this, you need to send your boarding pass to your e-mail address. We recommend you do that as we cannot control the operation of check-in kiosks at airports.
Your boarding pass will indicate the seat number on which you'll fly, all essential information about your flight, including the time when boarding closes. Please pay attention to these details.
In some airports you can use the electronic version of your boarding pass with the QR-code. Learn more
If you could not check in online or you are not able to print out your boarding pass, or you need to check in your baggage, you can check in at the airport. It opens 2-3 hours before the departure of your flight and closes 40 minutes before your flight departs. Find Smartavia counters at the airport.
