What is a forced exchange?
Forced exchange is a ticket exchange procedure that is possible in a situation where a passenger is unable to make a planned trip due to objective circumstances beyond his control. Detailed reasons for the possibility of such an exchange are given in the section Exchange of tickets. It should be noted that the process of forced exchange itself is carried out at the place of payment for air tickets or through any official channel for communication with the airline's call center or through the feedback form.
