I want to change the arrival or the departure point of my ticket. Can I do it?
If your ticket was booked under the Light, Optimum or Advanced fare (previously Smart Light, Smart or Smart Pro), you can change your flight route in the following ways:
- via the call centre;
- by contacting the airline's sales offices;
- at agencies in your city (fees may apply).
