Can I exchange my ticket for another person?
No, such an exchange is not possible. If the passenger for whom the ticket was issued cannot fly, you can exchange or refund the ticket if the fare conditions allow it. Please note: certain fares may be non-refundable in the event of voluntary cancellation, such as Light, By Subscription and Optimum (previously Smart Light, Smart Up and Smart).
