The fastest and most convenient way to exchange your ticket for another date is through the My Bookings service → "Ticket exchange" section.

If for any reason you cannot use the ticket exchange option on the website, please contact the place where you paid for it. For tickets purchased through the call centre or on the airline's official website, exchange is also available via:

Call centre;
The airline's sales offices;
Agencies in your city.

When exchanging a ticket, a fee will be charged in accordance with the fare conditions under which the ticket was purchased.

If your ticket was issued as part of a charter booking, please contact the place of purchase, any written communication channel with the airline, or the call centre.
