I am a passenger with reduced mobility. Can I check in online?
No, passengers with reduced mobility and their accompanying persons, as well as passengers who require special assistance, can only check in at the airport check-in desk.
When checking in at the airport, airline staff can personally:
- ensure that your needs are taken into account (assistance during boarding, escort);
- seat you next to your accompanying person (if you are travelling together);
- check documents for special assistance (wheelchair, mobility aid).
The online system cannot handle these nuances, therefore check‑in is only possible in person.
📋 How to check in at the airport
- Arrive early — we recommend 2–3 hours before departure to avoid rushing.
- Find the check-in desk for your flight. Staff will help you with the process.
- Inform them about the need for special assistance (if it was not ordered in advance).
- Present your documents (ticket, passport, disability certificate or document for the accompanying person).
🔄 What if you need assistance at the airport?
If you cannot move independently or require an escort, order the “Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility” service in advance:
- when purchasing a ticket on the website;
- via chat, feedback form, call centre or sales office.
Airline staff will help you with check‑in, escort you to the aircraft and assist you in settling on board.
