How to check in several passengers at once?
Answer: Yes, if all passengers are booked in the same order, you can check them in together via the Smartavia online check‑in service.
👥 How to check in several passengers
- Go to the Online check‑in service.
- Enter the details of any passenger from your order (surname as in the ticket and ticket number).
- In the next window, click the “Add passenger from order” button.
- Enter the details of the remaining passengers booked in the same order.
- Select seats for each passenger and complete check‑in.
Mandatory condition
Checking in multiple passengers at the same time is available only if all of them are in the same order. If you have separate bookings, you will not be able to check in together — you will need to do it separately.
