My flight is delayed. What am I entitled to?
We are sorry to hear that your flight is delayed. We understand that this may cause significant inconvenience. If you have received a flight delay notification, depending on the new departure time, you may:
- Use the mother and child room if you are traveling with a child under 7 years old, with a child with disabilities under 14 years old, if you are pregnant;
- Make two phone calls or send two emails if the delay is more than 2 hours. The airline will provide the connection;
- Get refreshments if the delay is more than 2 hours;
- Get hot food: the first time after 4 hours of waiting, and then every 6 hours during the day and every 8 hours at night. We will announce the time and place of food and drinks distribution over the loudspeaker or via SMS;
- Request hotel accommodation if you are waiting for your flight for more than 8 hours during the day and more than 6 hours at night;
- Use transportation from the airport to the hotel and back at our expense, if the hotel is provided by the airline;
- Check in your luggage for storage.
For more information, please contact your airline representative or the airport information desk. Write to us through any official communication channel. Call the toll-free number provided in the notification. We will be happy to advise you on further steps.
