We will help arrange the transportation service, but if the carrier dimensions are exceeded, additional coordination may be required.

Booking a ticket for your pet
If you know for sure that you will be flying with an animal, you can start making a booking for yourself and add your pet at the stage of selecting additional services. However, the service can also be added to an already purchased ticket.
Limitations when booking on the website
On the website, you can only book:
- a pet in the cabin under the seat in front weighing up to 12 kg, carrier dimensions up to 115 cm in the sum of three sides (x+y+z)
- or a pet in the baggage hold up to 23 kg, carrier dimensions up to 203 cm.
Important transportation nuances
If you want your pet to be placed in a carrier on the adjacent seat, contact any written communication channel, the call center, sales offices, or agencies in your city. This type of transportation cannot be arranged on the website. A ticket at the passenger fare will be issued for the pet simultaneously with the purchase of the ticket for the accompanying passenger.

Everything is ready for the flight!
After booking the ticket, an EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) confirming the arrangement of the "Animal Transportation" service will be sent to your email. No additional notification to us about bringing a pet is required.
The staff at the check-in counter will be informed that there will be an animal on the flight and will be looking forward to meeting you 🙂
