What you need to know before traveling with a pet

Who can fly?
The following can be transported on the plane:

Travel only in the cabin
Service dogs, guide dogs travel for free. Contact any convenient communication channel, and we will tell you how to arrange their transportation.

Documents for the pet
Your pet must have a veterinary passport, which includes all vaccinations appropriate for the animal's age.
Nothing else is required, but if there is no veterinary passport – we will not be able to arrange the transportation.

Where are we flying - in the cabin or luggage?
Animals on our flights are transported in three ways:
- In the cabin under the seat in front.
- In the cabin on the adjacent seat.
- In the aircraft's baggage compartment.
We accept animals up to 12 kg including the carrier weight in the cabin, and up to 50 kg in the baggage.

Pet carrier
Carrier requirements 👇 must be followed with particular care.
Depending on whether the animal is flying in the cabin or in the baggage, the requirements for the carrier will differ. If they are not met, we will not be able to accept the pet on board.
Carrier requirements
Maximum container dimensions
Size no more than 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions (x+y+z ≤ 115 cm)
Materials for transportation
Made of plastic, fiberglass, metal, welded mesh, wood, or dense textile
Animal comfort
Sufficient size for the animal to stand in a natural position, turn around, and lie down
Container bottom requirements
The bottom must be solid, waterproof, with a rim around the perimeter. The bottom must be covered with a non-toxic absorbent material
Hygiene and safety
Clean, odor-free, with a reliable locking device and ventilation holes. The holes must be of a size that ensures air ventilation, but at the same time, the animal cannot harm itself or others through them
Special conditions for birds
If a bird is being transported, the cage must be covered with a dense, light-proof fabric
Permissible container dimensions
Size up to 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions (x+y+z ≤ 203 cm). If the carrier dimensions are larger, you will not be able to arrange the transportation service yourself on the website — you will need the help of specialists. Contact the call center, any written communication channel, or the sales offices
For animal comfort
The container size must allow the animal to stand up fully, turn around, lie down, and sit in a natural posture
Container material requirements
For transporting an animal (bird) in the baggage compartment, the container must be made of impact-resistant rigid material – rigid plastic, metal, welded metal mesh, wood, or plywood. A container made entirely of welded or reinforcement mesh is not accepted for transportation
Container design and safety
The container must have a solid waterproof bottom, rigid side walls, and a solid roof with ventilation holes that do not compromise its rigidity
Features of transporting aggressive dogs
Containers made of wood, metal, or plywood are used for transporting aggressive dog breeds
Door and internal surface requirements
