Traveling with a pet
We've arrived
On board and upon arrival
Purrr... It's a bit dark under the seat, but I feel like a real undercover agent!
Placement in the cabin
After boarding the aircraft, place the carrier with your pet under the seat in front. If your pet is flying on the adjacent seat, the carrier will need to be secured with a seatbelt by threading it through the carrier handle. The flight attendants will assist you with this.
Owner, if I whimper very, very quietly... still can't I come out?..
Rules during the flight
Your pet must remain in the carrier throughout the entire flight; releasing your pet from it is not permitted (even in the toilet) for safety reasons in case of an emergency.
For any questions you may have on board, you can always contact the flight attendants.
If your neighbors don't mind, during level flight when the "Fasten Seat Belts" sign is off, you can lift the carrier onto your lap.

Arrival and pickup
The carrier/cage with your pet can be picked up in the oversized baggage claim area.
