I want to change the arrival or the departure point of my ticket. Can I do it?
If your ticket is issued at the Light, Optimal or Advanced (previously Smart Light, Smart and Smart Pro) fare, you can change the route of your flight in the following ways:
- through our call-center;
- by visiting our sales offices;
- in the agencies of your city (fees may apply).
