I want to change my ticket. How to do it?
If you need to exchange a ticket purchased on the airline's official website or through a call center, you have several options:
- Use the convenient online service My reservations where you can arrange an exchange yourself.
- Contact a call center where professional staff will help you.
- Visit one of the airline's sales office or an agency in your city where you will also be assisted in making an exchange.
Please note that when exchanging a ticket a fee will be charged in accordance with the terms of the fare for which you purchased the ticket.
If your ticket was purchased on a third-party website, through an agency or our sales office then you should contact the place of purchase of the ticket where you made the purchase.
