Can I exchange my ticket for another person?

Replacing a passenger in the ticket with another person is not possible. If a passenger is unable to fly, we can offer an exchange or refund of the ticket in accordance with the terms of the fare.

However, certain tariffs may be non-refundable in case of voluntary refusal of transportation, such as Light, Only sub and Optimal fares (previously Smart Light, Smart Up and Smart).
