Can I exchange my ticket for another person?
Replacing a passenger in the ticket with another person is not a possible procedure. If a passenger is unable to fly, we can offer an exchange or refund of the ticket in accordance with the terms of the fare.
However we would like to draw your attention to the fact that certain tariffs may be non-refundable in case of voluntary refusal of transportation
