I have already bought a seat, but I want to change it. How to do it?
If you want to change your seat, and it's more than 24 hours before the departure of your flight, file for the return of the service. You will need the EMD number (316...). You can find it in the e-mail that you received when you bought the service.
When the refund is complete, we will notify you by e-mail. You will be able to choose a new seat through My reservations.
If it's under 24 hours before your flight, you will be able to choose your new seat by checking in online or at the airport.
