How to choose a seat on a Smartavia flight?
You can choose a seat on board both when purchasing your ticket and afterwards. The most convenient way is via the "My Bookings" service.
How to book
Go to "My Bookings" → "Services" → "Seat selection".
Other ways
- via the Smarty chatbot on MAX;
- via the call centre;
- during online check-in (opens 24 hours and closes 3 hours before departure);
- at the airport (fees apply);
- at the airline's sales offices;
- at agencies in your city (fees apply).

Frequently asked questions
Can I choose a seat for free?
A seat is assigned free of charge in random order when you check in at the airport. During online check-in, a seat can only be arranged for an additional fee.
Can I change a seat I have already selected?
You can refund a previously booked seat if there are more than 24 hours before departure, and choose a new one. More details.
