Pet transportation is not included in the free baggage or hand luggage allowance for your ticket and is paid for separately. Transportation prices vary depending on the weight of your pet and the flight destination, starting from 3400 RUB.

Pet transportation fares

• Pet in the cabin (up to 8 kg including carrier) — from 3,400 ₽ per flight.
• Pet in the cabin (up to 12 kg including carrier) — from 7,100 ₽ per flight.
• Pet in the baggage compartment (up to 23 kg) — from 3,400 ₽ per flight.

How and when to pay for pet transportation

• When purchasing a ticket on the website — add the service in the "Additional services" section.
• After purchasing a ticket — in the "My Bookings" service → "Extra services" section → select the required service.
• Through the call center or sales offices — payment is made when booking the service.

Payment is charged for each flight segment (outbound and return are charged separately).
