I am traveling with an animal. Can I check in for a flight online?
Online check-in for a flight with an animal is not possible. Check-in for a flight with your pet is only available in person at the airport. This is because seat allocation for pets depends on the number of animals on the flight.
For your convenience and comfort, we recommend arriving at the airport in advance, at the start of check-in, so that you can successfully complete all pre-flight procedures.
