How to book additional baggage on a Smartavia flight?
Additional baggage can be booked online, via the call centre, during online check-in, at the airport, at a sales office, or through an agency. The fastest way is via the "My Bookings" service.
The fastest way
Go to "My Bookings" → "Services" → "Baggage, hand luggage and your pet" → select the service based on the weight and size of the baggage you need to carry.
Other ways to book
- via the call centre;
- during online check-in (opens 24 hours and closes 3 hours before departure);
- at the airport (fees apply);
- at the airline's sales offices;
- at agencies in your city (fees apply).
How much it costs
The cost depends on the destination, the place of purchase, and how much time is left before departure. Prices start from 1490 RUB.
Smarty warns
This is a separate piece of baggage. It cannot be combined with the baggage already included in your fare or with any other additional baggage you have purchased.
