How to apply for the Additional laggage service?
The fastest and most convenient way to obtain the service is through My reservations which is available on our website.
Please note: this is a separate piece of luggage. It cannot be combined with the luggage that is included in your fare or with your other additional luggage.
You can also purchase additional luggage through:
- our call center;
- at online check-in (closes 3 hours before departure);
- purchase of the service at the airport (fees apply);
- at our sales offices;
- at agencies in your city (fees apply).
The cost of the service depends on the destination and place of purchase, as well as how much time is left before departure.
Prices start at 1490 rubles. Do not put it off.
