Transportation of wheelchairs
Passengers must check in a folding wheelchair that cannot be safely accommodated in the cabin of the aircraft as baggage (beyond the established allowance) free of charge for aviation safety purposes.
Passengers who use a wheelchair should notify the airline to avoid any potential inconveniences.
The transportation of wheelchairs with dry-cell batteries is permitted in the cargo hold, provided that the battery is disconnected, the battery terminal is insulated to prevent accidental short-circuiting, and the battery is securely fastened to the wheelchair.
The transportation of wheelchairs with electrolyte-type batteries is allowed in the cargo hold of the aircraft, provided that the battery is disconnected, the battery terminal is insulated, and the battery is packed and appropriately labeled.

Transportation of strollers
A child stroller can be checked in free of charge at registration beyond the established baggage allowance only when transporting a child (including strollers designed to fold like an umbrella).
The use of an umbrella stroller is permitted up to the aircraft's boarding ramp; thereafter, the stroller must be handed over to an airline employee or servicing agent for placement in the aircraft's cargo hold.
Upon arrival at the destination airport, the stroller will be returned to the passenger along with their baggage in the airport's baggage claim area.
If there is special labeling (DAA tag), the stroller will be handed over at the aircraft's boarding area.
