Transportation rules
The deportation of foreign citizens is carried out by the federal executive authority in the field of internal affairs or its territorial bodies in cooperation with other federal executive authorities and their territorial bodies within their competence.
Forced removal from the Russian Federation is carried out by the federal executive authority authorized to perform functions related to ensuring the established order of court activities, enforcing judicial acts, acts of other authorities, and officials.
A representative of the Airline or a servicing agent, upon receiving instructions to organize the transportation of a deported (removed) person, has the right to refuse transportation if dictated by considerations of transport (aviation) security.
