Transportation of passengers denied in entry

Transportation rules

The reason for denial is the absence or expiration of a visa, the existence of decisions prohibiting entry, decisions on deportation, administrative expulsion, or the presence of other restrictions provided for, including by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The airline is not responsible for the passenger's denial of entry into the country.

The passenger is obliged, at the request of the airline or government authorities, to return to the point of departure or another location due to the country's refusal to accept this passenger, regardless of whether this country is the destination or transit point, and to pay the corresponding fare for their transportation in the opposite direction.

A denied passenger is responsible (unless it contradicts the legislation of the country that denied entry) for reimbursing all expenses incurred by the airline (and other involved carriers, if applicable) related to the return transportation, accommodation, and meals at the point of denial of entry and at transfer points on the return route.
