What should I do if my baggage is lost?
If you find that your luggage is lost, you must draw up a luggage non-arrival report at the airport of arrival. Information on tracing baggage can be specified at the baggage tracing service of the airport of arrival. In the event of baggage arrival, airport staff will contact the passenger on their own.
If baggage has not been found after 21 days from the date of loss, you can file a claim on the site by filling out form.
