Items stolen from luggage. What to do?
The issue of theft or missing items from checked baggage falls within the competence of law enforcement agencies. If you discover that your belongings have been stolen, we recommend filing a report with the linear police department at the arrival airport.
However, we recommend documenting the fact that your baggage was opened or that items are missing. To do this, please contact an airport employee at the "Baggage tracing" desk and draw up a report.
