Do I need to print out my boarding pass if I check in online?
We recommend that you print out your boarding pass before arriving to the airport if you check in online. Some airports have terminals for printing boarding passes, however we have no control over their functionality. These terminals are installed and regulated by airports.
If you were unable to print your boarding pass yourself, we advise you to arrive at the airport in advance and go to the Smartavia check-in counter during check-in for your flight.
