- We will add the information to your booking.

Important: check-in only at the airport
Frequently asked questions
What if almost all seats on the flight are already taken and there are no free seats nearby?
We block several seats in advance for passengers with reduced mobility and their accompanying persons. Let us know about your need when purchasing the ticket or immediately after — the chance of getting seats together is very high.
Do I need to pay for seat selection to sit together?
No, the seat selection service is provided free of charge for passengers with reduced mobility and their accompanying persons. You should not pay for seats.
What if I am travelling without an accompanying person but need assistance?
Then you need to book the "Assistance for a passenger with reduced mobility" service when purchasing the ticket (via the call centre or sales office). Airline staff will meet you and help you at all stages.
Can I choose specific seats in advance (for example, by the window)?
You can indicate your seat preferences. However, the final decision depends on the aircraft type and the availability of seats suitable for passengers with reduced mobility.
