The airline Smartavia has opened ticket sales at subsidized fares for regular flights from Arkhangelsk to Kaliningrad. The cost of a one-way flight is 5,500 rubles.

Subsidized flights are operated under the Decision of the FAVT on the procedure for granting subsidies No. 22-68866-00363-R dated November 26, 2024 (Federal Air Transport Agency). Sales are open for September and the first half of October 2026.

What is included in the fare?

Under subsidized fares, passengers are provided free of charge with:

• One piece of baggage weighing up to 10 kg. Dimensions: no more than 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions.
• Hand luggage weighing up to 10 kg. Dimensions: no more than 40×30×20 cm.

Who can buy subsidized tickets?
