Terms for granting the benefit
Subsidized transportation is carried out within the framework of federal and regional programs to ensure the accessibility of air transportation for passengers.

Tickets at subsidized fares can be purchased at our own sales offices, agencies in your city, as well as on the airline's official website.

Under subsidized fares, it is allowed to carry free of charge one piece of checked baggage up to 10 kg (dimensions up to 203 cm in sum of three dimensions) and one piece of carry-on luggage up to 10 kg (dimensions 40x30x20 cm).

There are restrictions on the issuance of air tickets at subsidized fares on the above routes. One passenger eligible for subsidized transportation may enter into no more than 4 contracts of air carriage on subsidized routes per year with carriers, including Smartavia (JSC Smartavia Airlines), according to one of the options below:

  • No more than 4 air tickets on a "one-way" route or
  • No more than 2 air tickets on a "round-trip" route or
  • No more than 2 air tickets on a "one-way" route and no more than 1 "round-trip" ticket.

Subsidized fares are available for the following categories of passengers:

  • A citizen of the Russian Federation registered at the place of residence in the Kaliningrad region (for subsidized routes to/from Kaliningrad);
  • A citizen of the Russian Federation — a student of a higher educational institution located in the Kaliningrad region, holding a document confirming full-time student status. Ticket issuance for a full-time student of a higher educational institution located in the Kaliningrad region is carried out upon presentation of a document of the established form (for subsidized routes to/from Kaliningrad);

Under subsidized fares, it is allowed to carry free of charge one piece of checked baggage up to 10 kg, with dimensions not exceeding 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions, and carry-on luggage up to 10 kg, with dimensions not exceeding 40x30x20 cm.

The number of seats at subsidized fares is limited on each flight.
