Due to the tragedy at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, all passengers departing from and flying to Sheremetyevo Airport from 8 p.m. on March 22, 2024 till March 24, 2024 are allowed to exchange or return their tickets free of charge. Tickets can be either exchanged for those with the same itinerary for the next 3 days or fully refunded.

We recommend that all passengers flying from Sheremetyevo Airport in the coming days arrive at the airport in advance as security controls have been strengthened. Checking your baggage and documents at the airport may take significantly longer than usual.
