Responsibilities
- Maintaining weekly operational planning of aircraft scheduled maintenance in the WINGS system based on current work statuses.
- Assessing the remaining life of aircraft components for a 7-day horizon in accordance with the approved program.
- Creating work packages in the Wings IMS according to the monthly plan, adjusting the weekly plan considering the flight schedule and coordination with the Flight Operations Control Center (FOCC).
- Entering work approval information and adjusting maintenance markers into the AviaBit system.
- Requesting the Logistics Department to move consumables for scheduled maintenance.
- Monitoring the execution of planned tasks; if the schedule changes — adjusting the Weekly Aircraft Maintenance Plan with the MRO provider.
- Updating information on completed work, statuses, and aircraft utilization in the Wings system and the department's internal spreadsheet.
- Coordinating slots and positioning aircraft for routine maintenance forms.
- Checking completed maintenance documentation for compliance with ROTO requirements, sending requests for corrections to contract organizations.
- Ensuring electronic storage of documentation for completed aircraft maintenance.
- Preparing statistical information on the technical condition of the aircraft fleet.
- Carrying out management assignments and handling business correspondence.
Requirements
- Higher aviation education.
- Work experience in civil aviation.
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework: the Air Code of the Russian Federation; Civil Aviation regulations related to maintaining airworthiness and aircraft maintenance.
- In-depth technical knowledge: aircraft construction; maintenance schedules; operational documentation.
- Skills in planning and organizing airworthiness support activities when cooperating with multiple MRO providers (experience with at least two contractors is an advantage).
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for them.
- Communication skills with maintenance and repair service providers.
